Testimonials

Barbara is an incredible therapist who uses humor and positivity to connect with her clients. She is masterful at working with adults and teens to support them through challenges big and small. She has been a lifesaver for our family and so dedicated to our mental wellness. We love Barbara!

Anne C., New York

Dr. Barbara Greenberg was recommended to me by a psychiatrist at McClean Hospital and several psychologists at Four Winds Hospital where Dr. Greenberg was the program director of the adolescent unit for many years.

Dr. Greenberg made an immediate connection with my 15-year old, with whom she has been working for a year. During this time, my teen’s mental and physical health has drastically improved; she has learned multiple coping skills including insight, laughter, and cognitive skills to embolden a greater sense of self worth. Consequently, her friendships, study habits and grades are exceptional now and she does an hour of cardio daily. Prior to this therapy, my daughter was struggling with low energy, low academic motivation, low self esteem and her friendships were limited.

Dr. Greenberg’s therapy has vastly impacted our whole family. Significant stress has been removed from our parental lives and the atmosphere at the dinner table is lighter and calmer. Transformational change has occurred by putting my daughter into expert hands. I enthusiastically recommend Dr. Greenberg and I am eternally grateful for her caring, supportive and highly professional work.
